About The Book

Preventing Coyote Attacks

Chances are you want to read this book because something happened in your town or neighborhood. It was something you didn’t expect — and it was something bad. Maybe you or someone you know lost a pet to a coyote and now you want to take action. Even worse, maybe a child was attacked by a coyote.

Urban coyotes are rapidly adapting to the fact that food is available where people live – and with very little risk. As a consequence, the number of coyote attacks on humans is escalating.

This book will educate you about coyotes and the dangers they present. In addition, it will provide you with practical ways to determine if coyotes are a threat in your neighborhood. Finally, and most importantly, it provides both defensive and offensive strategies to make your home and neighborhood coyote-proof. Read an excerpt from the book.
